Regular management of a SAP function or application

Some customers prefer us to run individual SAP components or processes for them. One example is BW data extraction and reporting, which we can do for you remotely.

Ad hoc queries

Plaut's aim is to solve any SAP problem for our Customers so that they can concentrate on their business.

For many Customers we are one of the teams that support their help desk operation. Plaut can step-in when an SAP problem is beyond the skills of the help desk.

Problems typically occur when applications are not used correctly or if there is a systems bug. Plaut can verify the problem, register it with SAP and establish a suitable fix.

Minor enhancements

We can make minor enhancements to SAP applications (we can make major enhancements, too, but these are managed by other Plaut teams). Typical enhancements include on-screen design and fields, and changes in report facilities.

Regular updates

SAP applications may have regular updates throughout the year. (We can help with upgrades, too, which are more extensive than updates.) Our team plans how to introduce the updates into your system. We test and implement them, and train the users, so they are aware of any changes that may affect them.
