At PLAUT we provide repeatable and consistent high-quality services by managing our intellectual capital as PLAUT "Solutions". Our Solutions accelerate project activity and reduce project risks. In addition they provide a best practice platform for knowledge sharing and management. In fact, our organisation structure is managed along Solutions Areas with every Solution being driven by an owner. Solution accelerators, templates, deliverables and tools are all captured on our central intranet repository.
