National Delivery Manager

A key memeber of the Plaut Leadership Team, Sehida has been with the company since 2005. In her current role as National Services Delivery Manager, she is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all of Plaut's projects Nationally.

Prior to this role, Sehida was the Director of Quality Assurance and Governance within Plaut’s National Project Management Office. Sehida was also the Regional Director for the Australian Capital Territory with responsibility for all elements of Plaut’s business including sales and delivery.

Sehida has over 14 years experience with SAP, both as a user and as a consultant.  Prior to joining Plaut, Sehida implemented major SAP solutions and Oracle Upgrades in the United States Government.  She has worked across program and project management and business process design and implementation. Sehida worked on a complete hardware replacement and system upgrade for King County, Seattle, the 12^th largest county in the US.

Before moving to the US, Sehida was the head of consulting for SAP Australia’s ACT Region.   

In her various roles focused on SAP delivery in Australia, Sehida has advised a wide variety of organisations including AirServices Australia, Department of Health and Ageing, Centrelink, the Australian Taxation Office, the Department of Defence, and Health Services Australia (now a Division of Medibank Private). 

Sehida participated in the Australian Federal Government’s Graduate Program as a Graduate Accountant with the Australian National Audit Office.  She has a Bachelor of Commerce from the James Cook University and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.
