HR Manager

As the head of PLAUT’s HR team, Keiren has made significant contribution to the profitable growth in the number of PLAUTs most valuable asset, our people.  Under her guidance, PLAUT has adopted a continuous improvement culture achieving a range of key quality certifications and a team who chooses to respond positively to improvement and constructive change as second nature.

Keiren has worked with Plaut senior leaders to establish a learning organisation, enabling the Plaut team to stay at the forefront of knowledge in their unique fields of expertise. Taking a holistic approach to staff development, Keiren ensures that both technical and individual training and development needs are met.  Most recently, she has been leading Plaut’s collaborative approach with SAP Australia to ensure that we continue to have the best training and certification levels available to our team.

With a strong focus on developing leadership programmes, Keiren has actively pursued external recognition of Plaut’s capabilities, culminating in Plaut being a finalist in the 2007 Telstra NSW Business Awards, winning the 2007 Innovation, Technology and Communication Award from Illawarra’s Business Chamber and winning the E-business category of the Australian Business Awards in 2008.  Keiren actively maintains current market research and industry knowledge to ensure PLAUT retains competiveness and ability to attract top talent in a maturing market.

Keiren has worked across a variety of business functions and professional services industries including marketing, organisational management and Human Resources. Keiren holds a Bachelor of Arts and is currently studying her Master of Strategic Human Resource Management from Wollongong University.  Keiren is also a Justice of the Peace.
