Business Development Manager ACT

Lachlan is a highly experienced IT Professional with more than 25 years experience in the industry. He began his career creating and developing human resource and payroll systems.  He then spent time as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, involved with many full cycle implementations across major Australian Federal Government Departments including the Australian Taxation Office, Airservices Australia, the Department of Immigration, the Australian Federal Police, Medicare Australia, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and Austrade.

In the late 1990s, Lachlan joined SAP Australia and managing strategic customer relationships and direct sales with some of the largest Australian Federal Government agencies. In these roles, Lachlan worked with senior executives to assist clients in realising the full potential of their investment in SAP. Lachlan had a very successful career with SAP spending six years with the company and receiving recognition for achievement in delivering significant outcomes for the company and his customers.

In 2003 Lachlan joined PLAUT IT Australia as the ACT Regional Manager and has since been heavily involved in developing the business from an almost ‘zero’ footprint in 2003 to a business which is employing over 40 staff, has significant customer relationships, has delivered major outcomes for customers and revenues of over $10 million.

Lachlan has completed Post Graduate Management studies at the University of NSW.
