A Performance Management model that is designed to recognize and reward the individual performance levels of our team. Fair and achievable KPI’s accompany a generous bonus scheme that rewards on levels of utilisation. Coupled with this bonus is a Quarterly Discretionary Bonus that rewards our top talent and those who go the ‘extra mile’ for PLAUT as an organisation and as a community:
We recognise employees who have reached a service milestone with a certificate of service and a gift.
We offer a financial incentive to employees who refer external candidates that are hired for specific vacancies. Payment is made after a referred individual has been employed for 3 months and is subject to various conditions.
