Our remuneration philosophy is to ensure that all employees are paid equitably and competitively in line with the market.

In determining your salary, we consider your performance level, experience and skill set.

We review remuneration packages annually dependant on the market, individual performance and overall contribution to the organisation.  A total compensation package is our consideration inclusive of base salaries, bonus schemes, discretionary incentives and non financial benefit.

Our approach to remuneration gives you the flexibility to structure your package for your own needs:

  • Salary continuance (income protection).
    By electing the PLAUT Superannuation Fund, you have access to income protection insurance to provide financial support during any prolonged absence from work as a result of illness or injury.
  • Additional contribution to superannuation.
    You can increase your retirement savings with salary sacrificing contributions to the PLAUT Super Plan.
  • Novated car leases.
    You can enter into a novated car lease arrangement with our approved suppliers on a salary sacrifice basis.
