Plaut recognises the need for Service Support process, such as Incident Management, to mature over the lifecycle. Plaut’s approach to Optimising its Service Support processes goes through three phases: Standardisation, Business Alignment and Business Integration.

Business alignment sees Incidents, for example, managed by business process not by SAP module. Business Integration drives the Service to operate to Business Outcomes. For example, during the Standardisation Phase I, we will measure Incident Response and Resolution Rates. By Business Integration Phase, we are measuring and reporting on the availability and responsiveness of your key business processes.
