    ESS is user-friendly, online access for employees, with easy to follow menu and screens for straight forward navigation to the employee’s records.
    Employees can manage their own personal data; update information, apply for leave online, access automated approvals processes.

    Manager Self Service (MSS)

    MSS is user-friendly, online access for managers, with easy to follow menu and screens for straight forward navigation through employee data and processes.
    Managers can view and process data that they are authorised to access, and complete employee processes online such as salary review and performance review.
