Tri Minh Le

Chocolate fiend and Junior UX Developer, Tri Minh Le, is the latest Plauter to join the family. Here are some insights from our recent chat on why he became a Plauter.

Hi Tri, so what made you apply for the role?

Well, from the description, I knew that the role would be interesting and challenging. The location was also very convenient, being right next to Town Hall station.

So, you got through the application process, what sealed the deal?

Plaut is the first in Australian to go live with S/4HANA Cloud. I know that I can have more opportunities working with S/4HANA experts. I also can see that there are a lot of things to do and learn.

Sounds like you’ve been reading our slogans! What were the first impressions after your first few weeks?

My colleagues are very nice and dedicated to their work. But more importantly, chocolate is available every day at around 3-4pm…

What are the three things you learned in your first week?

I’ve learnt that self-learning is extremely important, while communication is one of the essential things. So, while it’s important to teach yourself, you need to speak up and ask questions when in doubt. Getting acquainted with colleagues is also essential as it helps me understand what’s going on.

Where will your first holiday from Plaut be too?

Travelling to Taiwan – there’s good food everywhere there!

When you ‘grow up’ you will be…

An expert in my area and eventually open a seafood restaurant. It’ll be all about sea snails and clams, with my special spicy razor clams being the main dish!
